We'll contact you either by e-mail or phone (whichever you prefer) to describe and refine the recommendations we've developed for you and to give you an opportunity to pose any specific questions you might have, or to ask for further advice. At this point, we can also determine if you would like any additional arrangements or preparations made on your behalf. (Fees for any extended services will be quoted and billed to you upon request.)
Step Four: We create a personalized Vermont Vacation Handbook for you.
Your Vacation Handbook will provide you with a handy reference tool for your trip, including details of your desired itinerary and general information to help make your visit smoother and more interesting. It will also confirm the details of any arrangements we have made on your behalf.
