Peter Straube has spent most of the past 30 years in the hospitality industry. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a master's degree in Business, he spent 17 years in the restaurant field before becoming Director of the Hospitality Management Program at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, where he has designed courses on guest services, hotel operations and creating tourism experiences, among many others.

An enthusiastic resident of Vermont for more than 20 years now, Peter is knowledgeable, experienced, quality-conscious, and dedicated to showing you a great time--just as if you were family or friends coming to visit!
